Just in time for your Valentine!
Forget the box of chocolates and give your love a box of baklava, filled with love and bursting with flavor! Valentine’s day is almost here and I wanted to come up with a special baklava that would capture the day. Then, it hit me-How about a baklava with a Pomegranate syrup?
It was PERFECT!! The taste, the color, the symbolism of the pomegranate-who could ask for a better combo! Love, abundance and fertility have long been associated with the pomegranate. Legend has it that Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of Love, planted the first pomegranate tree eons ago. Shakespeare used the pomegranate tree in Romeo and Juliet to represent true love.
Show your true love how much you love them and order some baklava. I can even drop it to their door if you are a secret admirer. I won’t tell 😉
Baklava can be ordered by the tray (share that love with everyone), bundles, and in tea cup packages with tea. Let me know how I can help you make Valentine’s Day extra special!
