Upon first look at “another” baklava business in the valley, I was concerned how you were going to set your business apart.  Your presentation, however, blew me away!  I love the business concept and am excited to see your products in local shops!  Best of luck to you!

I am doing the happy dance over here! It is so validating that such professional people could see my vision and excited to watch it explode! Not only did they like the basic concept, but they even liked “the idea of building a “tribe” of devoted customers at featured local cafes and restaurants.”

Their suggestions were completely do-able and a few I hadn’t even thought of. It’s so empowering to be able to articulate your vision in a way that others get it…really get it.

Now, it’s time to bring a bit of happiness, one bite at a time, to as many people as I can.  Can you help this girl out? Spread the word that Bohemian Baklava needs some homes in cafes and restaurants who are willing to embrace something new.
