Rave Reviews!

Holy Holidays! It was a whirlwind couple of weeks and my head is still spinning from all the baklava I made in the span of 10 days! As my baklava spread across the valley in little gift bundles, the reviews came as an early Christmas Present!

People took a chance on trying my new flavors and they were a hit! Conceptually, in my head, the flavor combos should work, but it was so nice to hear that my creativity was well received! Insomnia, the Turkish coffee infused baklava with chocolate covered espresso beans, was “Amazing and Delicious!” Chocolate baklava was divinity and the Pineapple/coconut captured all the sweet taste-buds with the tangy pineapple.

I am overwhelmed by the positive response and looking solidly toward the New yYear with new ideas, products, and services!

For the first time in a long time, I am feeling loved and supported by so many people: friends, family, and customers!
