I was challenged a few years ago to come up with a new holiday flavor and what screams holidays than a fruit cake.
This particular fruit cake is filled with dried mangos, blueberries and pecans. The bottom layer has all the candied fruitcake fruit.
Don’t be scared! It’s a super fun way to celebrate the holiday in a yummy way!
It’s seasonal mainly because of the candied fruitcake fruit!
